The following are the terms and conditions of a legal agreement between you and New Library Limited (hereafter called "New Library"). By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, downloading from and/or using this website (hereafter called the "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing its content and use.

1. Copyright and Publishing Right. This Website provides access to a variety of published materials. New Library is the sole or joint copyright owner unless otherwise indicated. All the material without exception provided on this Website is protected by law, including but not limited to the English and Welsh copyright law and international treaties.

New Library is the sole owner of all the electronic publishing rights of the information and materials provided on the Website. Reproduction of any of the materials or information provided by New Library is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. 2. Grant of License. Notwithstanding the above New Library grants to you the user of the Website a non-transferable, personal, non-exclusive license to use the Publications on this Website for your own benefit on a single computer and a single terminal.

If you elect to purchase and/or download any of the Publications the following expressed conditions apply:

  1. You may not re-sell any of the Publications obtained from New Library.

  2. Without limiting the rights under copyright reserved above you agree to use any Publications only for your own exclusive non-commercial personal and private use and it is a condition of sale that the you as purchaser or where no sale agreement has been made then you as user may keep only one copy on hard-disc and one copy on a back-up disc and that you will make and/or use only one printed copy of this publication for your exclusive and private use.

  3. That the purchaser or user will not in any way, shape or form allow any of the Publications provided by New Library or any part of it to be otherwise reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means including electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the prior and expressed permission from New Library.

  4. That you will not circulate nor allow any of Publications to be circulated in any electronic or printed form without a similar condition including this condition being imposed on all and every subsequent purchaser or user.

Please note it is a strict condition of your agreement with New Library that in no event shall you make use of any of the Publications for commercial purposes except as expressly permitted herein, it being reiterated that, except as so expressly permitted, your sole rights with respect to Publications shall be to use the Publications for your own benefit and not for the benefit of any third party.

Restrictions on Use of the Website: Except as otherwise expressly stated herein, none of the Publications or other material provided on this Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including without limitation, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of New Library.

Furthermore, it is expressly stated that New Library nor any of its agents or representatives warrant that any of the Publications or any information provided on this Website or in email or communication via an email address associated with this Website or any other Website owned and operated by New Library or an agent acting on behalf of New Library will allow or ensure that you obtain any particular results or expertise whatsoever.

New Library under no circumstances, including without limitation the negligence of any party, shall New Library or any agent or representative of New Library be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages as a result of the use of, or the inability to use, any product, this Website, or any Publications or materials accessible on or through this Website, or provided via email in association with this Website even if New Library or its authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We attempt to ensure that the information available on the Website or sent to you by via email from New Library is accurate. However, New Library assumes no duty to update such information and cannot guarantee that it is fault-free nor warrants that it is accurate, reliable or of any particular value or quality.

The purchaser of any of the Publications or materials or information provided by New Library, acknowledge that, without limitation, the above-enumerated conditions cannot be the probable cause of any breach of any agreement between New Library Limited and the purchaser.

You specifically acknowledge and agree that New Library shall not be liable for any loss of whatsoever nature arising from your use of its Publications and or materials including information exchange by email in association with this Website. Without limiting your rights under English and Welsh consumer law if you are dissatisfied with any Publication or any other material accessible on or through this Website, and without conflict to any of the aforesaid terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Publication and this Website.

Messages sent over the Internet may not be secure and any messages so sent by New Library should not be seen as legally binding unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds. Due to the valuable information contained in the Publications they are sold without warranty or refund. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the materials are suited to their purposes. Refunds are entirely at the discretion of New Library.

6. Complaints. Our aim is to offer outstanding service at all times. If you should find cause for complaint we want to help resolve it to your satisfaction. Please use the online contact form on the Website giving full details of your complaint and we will seek to resolve the matter with you.

In your email please clearly identify yourself and provide prove of your identity. Please note though that we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of providing this information and will require payment before processing your claim.

  • Any information that you provide by filling in forms on the Website including the giving of your email address when subscribing to our newsletter.

  • Details of transactions you may carry out through the Website for the completion of your purchase orders and to confirm to you orders placed by you.

  • To ensure that the content of the Website is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer.

  • To allow you to participate in any interactive features of our Website, should you choose to do so. 

  • To allow us to carry out our obligations concerning any contracts entered into between you and us.

  • The names of graduates of the Certificate in Medieval Astrology and/or the Diploma in Medieval Astrology will be entered onto a Role of the Holders.

  • We do not sell or distribute any information gathered. We do not have advertisers and thus do not share any information with advertisers. All information is kept private.

By using the Website or contacting us you consent to the collection, storage and where appropriate processing of information by New Library or the supplier of its merchant services, in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

New Library has no obligation to reply to electronic communications it receives but will seek to answer as best its resources allow.
